The GIFTCARDMOUNTAIN.COM Shipping Policy has been designed to offer the best value service to each of our clients. We currently offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders. That means, you do not pay ANY shipping charges on ANY orders placed on GIFTCARDMOUNTAIN.COM.

(This is the Shipping Policy for Sanvar LLC (doing business as Gift Card Mountain) and is applicable to use of the GIFTCARDMOUNTAIN.COM or any GIFTCARDMOUNTAIN.COM affiliate or partner website. This Shipping Policy is incorporated into, and made a part of, the Gift Card Mountain Terms and Conditions.)

Gift Card Orders

We ship through USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail service for your orders based on the order value. We follow the following shipping terms:

Shipping Time

Most orders received before 5:00PM CST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM CST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. The large majority of our orders are shipped within 3 business days of the order and delivered within 3 business days from the date of shipping

We use USPS for shipping orders but we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Gift Card Mountain or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Gift Card Insurance

For orders over $100 in value, we insure the package for loss or damage up to the value of the gift cards delivered. In the unlikely event of the package not being delivered, we will provide refund upon request subject to approval from our insurance partner.

However, we do not provide insurance for return shipments.  It is your responsibility to purchase appropriate insurance for gift cards that you may ship back to us for refund/cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE THAT INSURANCE COVERAGE TERMINATES ONCE THE PACKAGE RECEIVES A VERIFIED DELIVERY SCAN AT ITS DESTINATION OR, FOR SHIPMENTS TO A P.O. BOX, UPON A VERIFIED DELIVERY SCAN AT THE POSTAL FACILITY WHERE THE P.O. BOX IS LOCATED.

Out-of-Stock Products

For items that are unavailable in the store, we will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM CST, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order.

We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
