The “Gift Card Mountain Cancellation Policy” (hereafter referred to as “Cancellation Policy”) demonstrates our commitment to build trusted partnerships with our customers on every transaction. At the same time, the Cancellation Policy aims to deter fraudulent, abusive or other activities that may be damaging to Gift Card Mountain.

(This is the Cancellation Policy for Sanvar LLC (doing business as “Gift Card Mountain”) and is applicable to use of the GIFTCARDMOUNTAIN.COM or any GIFTCARDMOUNTAIN.COM affiliate or partner websites. This Cancellation Policy is incorporated into, and made a part of, the Gift Card Mountain Terms and Conditions)

 

We currently offer a 30-day refund upon cancellation of any order if it falls under the 30 Day Refund Criteria as described below. That means, you will get full refund for ANY qualified order cancelled on GIFTCARDMOUNTAIN.COM within 30 days of purchase, less shipping and transaction charges if applicable, as described below.

 

Cancel Before Shipping

 

If you want to cancel your recently made order with GIFTCARDMOUNTAIN.COM, you can do so by logging into your account and cancelling the purchase order online. If the order has not been shipped, we will offer a full refund of your purchase price. There is no extra charge for cancelling your order online and we will remove your order from our shipping queue.

 

Cancel After Shipping & Delivery

 

If you want to cancel your order after the gift card has been shipped and/or delivered to your shipping address, you can contact us at support@giftcardmountain.com. We will review your request to ensure that it falls under the 30 Day Refund Criteria. If the card has been delivered, we are able to provide a refund as described below:

 

Please note the following:

 

·         Refund will be processed ONLY and ONLY IF the gift card is not tampered with and contains the exact value that was originally purchased. Any tampering or use of partial gift value disqualifies the card from cancellation

·         You will incur shipping charges to send the gift card back to us. We will NOT be responsible for these charges

 

30 Day Refund Criteria

·         Only qualified cancellation request are dealt with and refund issued in a timely manner

·         Only items purchased within the last 30 calendar days are qualified for refund

·         Only items that are not tampered and contain the full gift value are qualified for return and refund

 

Your Obligation

If you return a Gift Card you purchased through GIFTCARDMOUNTAIN.COM, you represent and warrant and continue to represent and warrant the following:

·         the Gift Card is in the same condition in which it was received;

·         the Gift Card has not been used since the original purchase date;

·         the Gift Card is and shall be valid;

·         the Gift Card is still redeemable for the amount of credit on the Gift Card as when you purchased it through the Service;

·         the Gift Card and any interest therein is fully transferable to GIFTCARDMOUNTAIN.COM in the manner contemplated by this Policy;

·         you are the sole lawful owner of the Gift Card and all interests thereto;

·         the Gift Card is not subject to any liens, obligations, or encumbrances of a third party; and

·         You shall comply with all other requirements to complete the return of the Gift Card, including, without limitation, shipping instructions, required by GCM.

 

Gift Card Mountain reserves the right to change or modify the Cancellation Policy at any time. The decision to pay full refund value or not strictly lies with GIFT CARD MOUNTAIN and we are not obligated to accept every cancellation request.
